Does size really matter, or is that just a myth?

Boutique wineries are known for the dedication and personal attention to detail that goes into each bottle they produce.

Relatively small wineries invest great effort in the production of their wines with the result the wines often reflect the character and passions of the winemakers.

At this open house we will taste wines from a selection of some of Israel’s best boutique wineries that produce up to 25,000 bottles annually.

There are wines here that are rarely, if ever, offered for tasting at public events, so this is an opportunity to give them a try. I am familiar with quite a few of them and some are quite outstanding. Others I don’t know at all so I’m hoping to be able to taste at least some of them.

The open house will be held on Friday Nov 14 from 11:00 – 17:00, at The Grape Man’s premises at 12 Baal Haturim Street in Jaffa. There’s a map here.

Grape Man will provide tasting sheets for the event and refreshments will be provided as well.

I apologize for the short notice, but I only found out about the event today (Nov 12).

For more information, call The Grape Man at (03) 518-0533.
